Piccalilly

As a Mother I realised that there was very little I really needed to prepare for the arrival of my first child, but a good supply of organic vests and babygrows is fairly essential. My rationale for going organic is that organic cotton is so much softer than normal cotton. Also, if ¼ lb of pesticides is used to create an adult's cotton t-shirt, I figured the best way to protect my child was to go organic. Piccalilly was conceived when they could not find bright and modern organic and fair-trade clothing; organic clothes were predominantly beige and Fairtrade clothes too ethnic.
